Role Description

This is a full-time Key Accounts Executive role within our Shipping & Logistics department, located on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with key clients, overseeing freight brokerage services, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be an integral part of the team, working to handle logistics processes efficiently and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Freight Brokerage and understanding of shipping logistics
• Competence in Account Management and New Business Development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry processes and regulations
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for logistics management
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar industry is an advantage
